At Bridals by Grace, each gown is expertly crafted to your exact measurements and unique specifications. Because of our service's personalised nature, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom-made gowns.

We value your trust in us to create your dream gown and are committed to making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Since your gown is made specifically for you, production begins immediately upon order, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • We offer a wide range of customisation options, including fabric selection, colour choices, lace types, and style preferences, all at no additional cost. Your gown is designed to be as unique as you are, with your name integrated throughout the process.

  • You must confirm your measurements and all special requests when placing your order. Our team will take your measurements, which you will review and sign to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

  • We currently accept money transfers or cash. To begin the creation of your gown, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. A further deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is due at the first fitting. The final balance must be paid before the gown is picked up.
